Melons Water
  1. Look the watermelon over,
  2. choose a firm,
  3. symmetrical fruit that is free of bruises, cuts and dents.
  4. Lift it up — the watermelon should feel heavy for its size.
  5. Turn it over — on the underside of the watermelon
  6. there should be a creamy, yellow spot (called the ground spot)
  7. from where it sat on the ground and ripened in the sun.
