Grapefruit Salad
  • cut into eight and peel
  • sprinkle mint and coconut on top
  • avocado full width slice use as base
  • spinach piled flat in stack
  • red onion/ scallion garnish
  • pile grapefruit - garnish with coconut/mint
  1. cut into eights and then remove rind
  2. let dry ion a paper towel
  3. avocado cut in half than seperate from skin or flesh with spoon # don't be afraid to peel off the skin with your fingers then slice thinly but insure structural integrity
